Amy's Story is a not-for-profit foundation that provides books and books on tape to help nurture the love of story in young people.

Amy's Story was established to honor Amy Kathryn Hawkins (1986-2003). Amy loved to read and write and she was passionate about stories, music, and drama. She also wanted to help others, particularly young children. With that in mind and with the help of many caring volunteers, this literacy foundation was established in 2005 to place books in the hands of young learners.
